Returning to T4All as a Trainer was one of the things that made me the proudest in my IFMSA journey. This SRT has been for years now one of the peaks of Capacity Building in Europe and globally, so having the opportunity to participate in the delivery of such a well known workshop has been an honour and a pleasure! ANEM people are the friendliest and most efficient OC you can dream of, all the workshops have the highest quality level ever and Portugal is a country you’ll fall in love with by the moment you land. Enjoy some ice cold Super Bock looking at the sun set over the Ocean after a satisfying day of sessions and you will be repaid of all the time and efforts it took you to get there!

Being a trainer in T4all was by far the most amazing experience in IFMSA. It was the end of my IFMSA journey and it made me even more motivated to work for that. I can say that I loved everything: the trainees who were all amazing and very motivated to participate, the co-trainers, the city of Porto and of course the amazing OC!

T4All is such a huge SRT with an even bigger name, and it absolutely lives up to it. I was still a baby as a trainer, never having facilitated a whole workshop before, so I applied with lots of hope but no expectations whatsoever to get selected. And look one year later… I’m here to push YOU to apply too! Everyone has got an equal chance no matter your experience, simply show them your ideas and personality however crazy it might be. They say growth can only happen outside of your comfort zone, which sounds so daunting and neglects your co-trainers that you can always lean on, so many other great trainers there to be inspired by and the best OC to lift you up, it’s a new and improved comfort zone: a brave space.

Being a trainer at T4all was going full circle, wrapping up the IFMSA experience at the place where it all started. There I got the chance to meet good friends I had made throughout the time and to get back to those first days of restless excitement for learning more and becoming a better (student) advocate. I guess it’s the magic of facilitating these meetings, you go there hoping to intspire and leave being the one inspired

T4All was the absolute cherry on top of my IFMSA experience. The OC, the venue, the participants and my co-trainers, all were of supreme quality and that made for one of the best experiences of my life

T4all has been a boost of motivation both as a participant back in 2017 and a trainer in 2019. Some of the highlights of last year were definitely having our closing session by the seaside or the engaging, cozy, and fun social programs. You truly feel the OC is there for you and they do make you feel at home, with family! for sure you will go back home looking forward to attending the event again: trust me, I did!

T4All was an idea that popped into my head exactly this time last year, when I messaged Giorgos and asked him “What if we appllied together to facilitate the PRET?”. And from there one of the most beautiful IFMSA adventures I’ve ever experienced, had begun. Being among such amazing trainers (and friends), motivated participants and lovely (and competent) OC members has been a pleasure. It was at T4All where I’ve signed an invisible paper stating my lifelong commitment to IFMSA, the Federation which I had been serving for 5 years.
